Customer Subject Matter Expert
The Customer Subject Matter Expert is assigned to the delivery team to define detailed requirements, answer questions about them, and prioritize them.
The responsibilities are similar to that of a product owner in Scrum.
Note: This role is only explained briefly in the roles and responsibilities appendix of the official manual, isolated from the rest of the manual – it doesn’t exist in the responsibilities tables, and there’s not many mentions in the rest of the text.
