Defined Roles and Responsibilities

Some Agile systems such as Scrum are very simple in roles and responsibilities and use a complete flat organization. However, they still have defined roles and responsibilities.

Projects using PRINCE2 Agile should be careful with this principle, especially because there’s a risk of creating conflicting responsibilities when combining PRINCE2 with an Agile delivery system.
