Information Radiators
Information Radiators are large physical displays that show a project metric such as the amount of remaining work. Information Radiators are usually placed in the project room, where all team members work.
They can have the role of Checkpoint Report, as long as they present all the relevant information. It might be possible to use them for capturing some other management products, such as Issue Report, Issue Register, Risk Register, and even some of the such as Project Initiation Documentation.
PRINCE2 Agile states that the Highlight Report can also be presented on an information radiator. Care should be taken to provide the necessary information on such a board, targeted at the higher levels of Stage and Project, rather than the details of iterations.
