Daily Standups

Having daily standups is a common Agile practice. The main purpose is synchronization among team members; it works as an effective communication tool.

Usually, the agenda is for each team member to answer three questions:

1. What did I do since the last meeting
2. What I’m going to do until the next meeting
3. What problems I may have

Therefore, it can be used for identifying issues and risks, as well as understanding the progress of the iteration.

The output of the daily standup meetings can be reflected on the iteration board, which can also play the role of Checkpoint Report.
